What Causes Urethral Discharge After Using BV Infection Medicine During Pregnancy?

Hi I am 37 weeks pregnant recieved medicine for a BV infection a week ago and now although i feel better. My vagina (only lips and labia) are extremely swollen, i am also having discharge a tinge of yellow and dont know if its coming from my Vagina or urethra but my urethra hole when i wipe hurts painfully. I am not sure what it is,, could it be a yeast infection due to antibiotics, or the antibiotics did not work? i feel red, raw, sollen sore, and extremely irritable
