What Causes Urge To Urinate And Blood From Urethra?

Hello, I went to work yesterday and when i got there i felt like i had to urinate but when i did it was just a few drops of blood. I have been keeping headaches and when i woke up this morning I wasn't urinating blood anymore but I'm getting random sharp pains in my penis. Could you tell me what this is please?
