What Causes Urge To Urinate And Constipation?

Hi. I'm almost 20years old have the constant urge to urinate but when I get to the toilet can only get a few drops out. I'm constipated too and along with that have come slight headaches and dizziness. I've also lost my appetite recently. When I smell food I'm suddenly full. Could this be a uti?
