What Causes Urge To Urinate And Nosebleeds?

Hi I have been experiencing nose bleeds I have never had one before and this week I have experienced 4. one while I was sitting in bed, one when I was laying in bed, one in the shower, and one today when I was playing uno. When they occur my body feels extremely tired. The last one happened about two hours ago and I am still spitting up blood. Also, I have been peeing an extreme amount, I will pee and on my way out the bathroom I will get the sensation that I need to pee again but nothing comes out.
