What Causes Urge To Urinate On Stimulating Glans Penis?

I'm a 16 year old male with an uncircumcised penis and I have noticed that when I stimulate my glans penis directly it results in a strong urge to urinate and if I continue to do so I end up urinating a small amount, why is this happening? And what can be done?Also, I am not sexually active.
