What Causes Urgency Incontinence After Sling Operation?

I had a "sling" put in around five years ago for stress incontenience by my gynecologist of 30 years. It fixed the stress incontenience; however I immediately developed severe urgency incontenience. I have seen a urogynocologist and a uroligist and they were unable to help me. Along with Vesicare and pads I have half-way learned to deal with this.

About three weeks ago I began to feel like I had a urinary track infection (pain, increased frequency and urgency, leaking). I have had four urine specimens, all of which were negative. However I have been on three different antibiotics. Also, I started to have what feels like air bubbles from my urethra. I had a pelvic exam by my gynecologist who could not find anything wrong. He ordered a vaginal ultrasound which I had Friday and do not have the results. He also sent me to a urologist who did a pelvic exam and cystoscopy. He also could not find anything wrong. He wanted me to have an abdominal ultrasound at the same time I had the vaginal ultrasound which I did. Hopefully I will get the results tomorrow as I am leaving for Spain on the 13th (Tuesday). What do you think my problem could be?
