What Causes Urinary Frequency, Vaginal And Pelvic Pain After Child Birth?

Just had a baby 4 months ago... experiencing urinary frequency, small amounts, vaginal pain, pelvic pain, and excessive discharge. Still have not got my 1st period yet, could this be causing all of this? I also get bloated after I eat, and the pain is worse.
