What Causes Urinary Incontinence Along With Slurred Speech?

Male, 60yrs started wobbly, next needs to catheterize to urinate, needs wherlchair now, tries to use walker, falls just from trying to stand, speech is getting worse, falling more. Has seen a neurologist a couple times and had some PT doesnt do that anymore.
