What Causes Urinary Incontinence And Discomfort In Clitoris?

Hello, I've been having this problem for a month. I've been having the sensation of urinating but sometimes, i only urinate a little bit and the feeling is still there. My clitoris also feels really sensitive and when i touch it, it feels uncomfortable and even more sensitive. The feeling does not go away at all. Ive been going to my doctor and shes tested me for UTI and even tested my blood to see if i was diabetic or had any other medical problem that was the cause of the urinating/ sensitivity feeling. Im just so afraid that my doctor wont know whats wrong with me. What is my condition?
