What Causes Urinary Incontinence And Stomach Pain?

I've taken a pregnancy test which came out negitave, so I know I'm not pregnant. But for the last couple of weeks I've been feeling like I need to pee all the time, some times it strings after. The last 3 day my lower stomach has been very painful but I've woken up today with now my whole stomach in pain.
