What Causes Urinary Urgency And Burning Sensation During Urination?

I am 64 YO female. I have some urinary urgency and frequency and have had this for years. I have been checked for UTI and am negative. I can handle the mild urgency and frequency but what is bothering me is bladder pain especially at night. I wake up void and there is no burning or pain but after voiding my bladder hurts and I can t get back to sleep right away. Also when I wake at night and my bladder is full it is not the need to urinate that wakes me up but the bladder pain.
