What Causes Urinary Urgency And Pressure Post Prostate Biopsy Procedure?

I ve had a biopsy for prostate and got a bad infection from it, sepsis. recovering now. Several catheters in and out and now hopefully out permanently. When I urinate there s an urgency and pressure that makes we want to have a bowl movement at the same time. What does this mean?
