What Causes Uvular Deviation?

Never noticed before tonight, but I have a left deviating uvula. I know this is controlled by the vagus nerve, but I have not experienced any associated symptoms to a vagus nerve palsy. I am wondering if this is anything I should be concerned about or if non-pathological cases of uvular deviation are common?
