What Causes Vaginal And Anal Bleeding?

hi there i'm going on 2 week vacation and have been bleeding from both my bum and front side ,blood is a bright red color and i am female,this has been ongoing for around two months and it seems to stop and start .should i be ok to wait and see my gp after holiday?
