What Causes Vaginal Bacterial Infections, Hemorrhoid And Tilted Uterus?

Ive been sick for 5 months had streap a few months ago and 2 vaginal bacterial infections also just had a hemrhoid and found out i have a tilted uterus as well there us a little ball in the left side of my throat its moveable but not painful i have bad headaches and stmach aches whats wrong with me?
