What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Fingering/intercourse?

Hi,I had sex with my boy friends nearly 25 times and recently when fingering and sexual intercourse it was bleeding.. why is that soo??
any treatments available to make my hymen back??
i am 24yrs old..
my belly is getting larger and putting weight i do want to know whether it is because of sex??/
