What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Fingering?

okay, I am a bit worried now. But I'm glad you are willing to answer my questions. I am 19 and I am no longer a virgin. Just yesterday. My partner fingered me, but I think he did too roughly, after we were done I went to go shower and I noticed I was bleeding. I finished my period 9 days ago and the blood wasn't like menstrual blood. Today I an still bleeding and it looks like it is getting heavier. Pls assist
