What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having Morning After Pill?

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex while I was on my period, and towards the end on it around 2 weeks ago. During sex he came inside me while I was still bleeding, so the very next day I took the morning after pill (My Way) just to be safe. A week or so later I got another period for 3-4 days and now I m having cramp like symptoms. Is this normal? Am I pregnant?
