What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having Laparoscopy To Remove Ovarian Cyst?

Dear doctor, my doctor has done laparascopy surgery and remove a ovarian cyst on 29/01/2011. after surgery i visited yesterday to consult my dr and he prescribed femilon to me, to stop my periods for a period of six months. i wish to start it today, but unfortunately its begin bleeding now. my last periods on13/01/2011. i want to know is this my periods or another case belongs to laparascopy? because my dr. remove striches yesterday? pls answer me.thanks
