What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having Protected Sex?

My girlfriend and I had protected sex last weekend. Towards the end the condom broke and i noticed it pretty quickly when it happened but I know for a fact I did not ejaculate in her, although there may be a chance for pre cum. Later that day when she peed some blood came out, but I just may have ripped her hymen a little more. Is there a possibility that she is pregnant. She got her period February 1st and isn t due until the 27th should I be worried?
