What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

hi i am a 20 yr old female and i am confused husband and i have been having unprotected sex and i have not gotten a period(not confused if im pregnant lol) but a brown mucus and lighte blood has come in place of a period is this normal along with diareah and dull cramps like stomach flu but not throwing up
