What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

I'm a little over 2 months pregnant, we have not seen a doctor yet because we switched insurance. I have every sign of pregnancy except morning sickness. 2 days ago I started bleeding. It is a right red blood that stared after intercourse and has not lightened. light cramping occurred the first day. can you help, I cant see a doctor until the insurance changes.
