What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

okay i have a friend that just had intercourse two days ago with her boyfriend and she started bleeding. She is still bleeding to the point of filling up an over night pad within a few hours what should she do? she does not live by home because of her schooling so she does not have a primary doctor there. She doesn't feel comfortable going to the school doctor and doesnt know of any walk-in clinics.
