What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

I was just getting off my period, I didnt have to wear anything that whole night and my boyfriend and I had intercourse unprotected and he came inside me, when he pulled out there was a little blood on him from I guess me still getting off my period even thou I didnt have to wear anything and nothing showed up in my underwear. Could I be pregnant? Since then we have had sex again and he said my labia looked swollen and the inside of my vagina felt looser. And the week after our unprotected intercourse my stomach feels bloated and I have felt like not eating. Could I be pregnant?
