What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse?

last night after intercourse i had vaginal bleeding, not too heacy and not too light, but im still bleeding till now, in the morning my whole body was numb and i couldnt move for almost 30 sec. is that related to the bleeding and what might be the cause for both symptons?
