What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Sex And Blood In Urine?

Hi I just had my cycle after I had sex but I was bleeding during sex but 2 days later my cycle came my 7 days is over I urine and bleed also come out its seems like I have use the restroom every 20 to 45 minutes and I have a tingle when I urine.....Please someone tell me whats wrong but I am going to schedule an appointment with my doctor.
