What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Stimulation Of Clitoris?

I am finding that I bleed (heavy spotting) for hours after stimulation to my clitoris. There is no penetration in the vagina but I still bleed from it. And my abdomen hurts for a day or two. Its like a ripping sensation after more than one orgasm. Please help me!
