What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking I Pill?

i had a unprotected sex with my husband 2 times day after day after 2 days of period ending and both time i take ipill within 6 hour. bt aftr 5 days i got bleeding and its same for 5 days like as period. so i dnt undrstnd wat is dis is there any reaction of ipill or any other fault please help me. my age 25, weight 48 , hieght 5.4ft.
