What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Mifegest?

Hi,I am 5 weeks pregnant.doctor prescribed 3 tablets of mifegest 200 mg and 2 tablets of cytolog 200 mg after 48 hours.i took mifegest 3 tablets on12th march morning . 14march 10:15 am heavy bleeding with clots started even before taking cytolog.is that ok?I took cytolog today 10:20 but vomited.so took zitotec 200 mg 2 tablets since that was not available at the pharmacy. please suggest if that s expected as my doctor had mentioned that bleeding was supposed to have started after taking the cytolog pills.
