What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Seasonique?

Hi i am getting married at the end of the month and i visited my Gynachologist as my period was due at the time of the wedding and she gave me seasonique, i already have an IUD fitted, i began taking it on the first sunday of my next period, it is now 14 days later and i have bled constantly since i began taking it, should i continue to take it and hope the bleeding stops or should i stop taking it? Thanks
