What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Bath Salt?

My friend and I tried that new drug "bath salt" I woke up this morning to slight vaginal bleeding. Almost like menstrual bleeding but not as bad. I feel perfectly fine otherwise but my period isn't due for about 3 weeks. Im not sure if I should be alarmed by this and go to the hospital or not.
