What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Cramping After Having Sex?

Hi, On Saturday my partner and I were having sex, we always use protection, but we lost the condom assuming it came off in the sheets, this morning when it came out when I was on the toilet. There was a little blood on it but not much, now I m bleeding and have cramp like pains in my lower back and abdominal area. I m about 10 days from my expected period and I usually have regular cycles.
