What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Pain?

Hi, im 24 for 4 children. i had a history of vaginal bleeding and adomanal pain for six years. I had a histerectomy 3months ago because of this. Since the surgery i have had no bleeding but pain has comtinued. The other night i was sat watching tv and had what i can only descrbe as bubbles from the vagina. when i stood a had a gush of clear fluid from the vagina. It was like when ur waters break during labour. My jeans were soaked and there was a puddle on the floor. this fluid was clear and had no smell. It was not discharge, i have no infection and have had the same sexual partner for years
