What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Lower Back Pain Despite Being On IUD?

I ve had the non hormonal IUD for almost 2 years and I m having abnormal bleeding and bad lower back pain. I already had a period this month and my periods are very regular so this has me worried that I m bleeding a second time this month with the lower back pain.
