What Causes Vaginal Bleeding And Stomach Cramps After Sex?

Ive been bleeding for over a week since having sex with my very large boyfriend. It has been light and Ive only noticed when wiping. Today it is more of an actual drip and my lower abdomen is kind of crampy. Should I be concerned or should it go away?
