What Causes Vaginal Bleeding At Late Sixties?

hello dr...this is for my mother whose age is 68.....she is diabetic and high blood pressure...yesterday she had bleeding from vagina.....she visited gynaecologist and she prescribed for an ultrasound.....it came out to be normal.....she is taking one medicine ramitorva.....dr told to stop it....and suspected tht bleeding could be due to it.....pls could u help me....
