What Causes Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?

hi,my wife is exceeded 7 days her normal period time.when we check the urine test it gave positive answer.in 26 feb night she took 2 cytolog 200 tablets.she got bleeding after 4 hours.some clotted blood appear in 27 feb morning.now bleeding is less .so I want to know that her abortion is completed or not.or she need to take 2 cytology tab again.kindly help us.
