What Causes Vaginal Bleeding For Long Period Post C-section Surgery?

Hi. I am 13 weeks post partum and had mirena inserted 8 weeks ago. I have been bleeding since my c-section. I have this dull ache pain in my right groin area that hurts to touch and cross my legs. When I rub it it feels like a cyst. What could this be? Thank you.
