What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Immediately After Clitoral Stimulation?

i am experiencing vaginal bleeding after clitoral stimulation and orgasm. This is the second time it has happened. It was been about a week now. It s not heavy like menstrual bleeding. It fluctuates between medium flow and just when I think it s going away it gets heavy again. I know it is not my period I had just finished it the week before and my husband And I had sex and there was no bleeding. I bled immediately after clitotal stimulation And orgasm. What could this be????
