What Causes Vaginal Bleeding, Nausea And Pain After Taking BC Pills?

I've been taking the pill for five months (just started having unprotected sex) now and I forgot to one night, so I took two the next day like the instructions said to. Now, a week later, im having vaginal bleeding and feeling nauseous and getting sharp pains. What does that mean?
