What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Hysterectomy?

4 weeks ago I had a robotic total hysterectomy . I never had any vaginal bleeding post op until today. It was a complicated surgery due to scar tissue from 3 csections and colon resection. I do ha be pain on my left side but mostly only when laying down and moving. Now today some bleeding.
