What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse Along With Bloating?

So recently I believe I had a yeast infection and I took monistat 3, me and my boyfriend didn't have intercourse for about a week. After a week we finally had sex 2 days after the monistat ended. I was pain free and after I noticed I had a orange/red liquid discharge. I almost feel as if I was on my period I feel pain in my lower abdomen. I went to pee and my pee was like a light orange color. I wipe and it's orange with like red. I also kind of feel bloated and not in a good mood at all.
