What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

hi there is a pink flesh thing hanging out of my vagina i don t know what it is or what to do, me and my boyfriend had sex a few days ago and i started bleeding i didn t think much of it but now this thing is hanging out of me i think its my hymen please help
