What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

I had sex about a week ago and i started to bleed like i did when i lost my virginity, after the sex my vagina felt really sore for about a couple days and it was very uncomfortable. Now it feels fine but i am having some brown discharge and i bleed a little everytime I have sex and i am super tight and it hurts sometimes to have sex.
