What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?

I had sex more than once last night and after the last time my cum seemed to be red/brown but not the first times and lately whenever I got uh wet down there it was very watery or more than usual. I m on birth control. Oh and my discharge seems to still appear reddish brown until the next night and I haven t had sex today I m a little concerned..
