What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Sexual Intercourse?

I lost my virginity 4days ago & it was unprotected. I took the morning after pill about an hour & 1/2 after even though he used the withdrawal method, just to be on the safe side. I experienced a little bit of blood after urinating (again this is 4 days later) is this normal? is this cause of the pill?
