What Causes Vaginal Bleeding Post Tubal Ligation?

My name is Beverly, I am 35 years old. I hd a c-section two years ago and also ad my tubes tied. For the past four months I've been bleeding all the time and I've been going through two pads every half hour to an hour. I haven't seeked medcal attention for this issue yet.
