What Causes Vaginal Bleeding When Suffering From Uterine Fibroids?

I ve fibroids. Bleeding abnormally no went from 103/58 RP 72 but not as increased to 121/68 RP 85. I can hear my hb, am letargic. Only way I ve been able to stop bleeding is by lying down Dr. wants me to go in for emergency surgery but it will be a C-section if I wait three weeks I can have a laparoscopic surgery and recover faster do you think I should wait
