What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While Having Sex?

I've been seeing this guy for two years now and lately every time we try to do it doggy style i bleed almost as if it's a menstrual cycle but once we get into missionary position it slowly stops...what could be doing this? I have never had this happen to me in the past :(
