What Causes Vaginal Bleeding While Lifting Heavy Weights?

I am 54 years old. Almost 5 years ago I went through a hysterectomy, 1.5 years ago my bladder was put back into place but recently every time I carry something, no matter how heavy, I start with vaginal bleeding. it seems to go away with bed rest. What's wrong now?
